We perform National Criminal Background Scans, Credit Reports, current and previous landlord verifications,  as well as current and previous employement verifications.  We search for qualified applicants to lease your property.   We strive to keep maintenance cost reasonable and turnover rates low to make your investment a postive one. 

Our company can usually lease your property for more than individuals have in the past.  This is due to our company continually checking the current market rents to determine the maximum amount the market will allow at any given time.  Therefore, part of your fees to us are usually paid with the additional rents and fees we collect.
